Join us for a Creative Writing Challenge starting May 27th! This challenge is geared toward growing in seeing the world through a poetic lens, noticing God’s fingerprints in the ordinary, and learning to recognize the personal orchestrations of beauty He weaves into our stories. Our hope is to give you a jumping off point to inspire deep thought and creativity, while having the added momentum of accountability and community. For this challenge, all of the prompts will have a creative writing focus, with an emphasis on poetry.

How it works:

For the first 4 days (May 27-30), you will be sent a devotional thought and creative prompt in the morning for you to do at your own pace and timing throughout each day. There will also be an optional group chat for all of the participants throughout the week to share their experiences.

At the end, we will have a time to gather together over Zoom so that we can share with each other what we gleaned from the prompts and keep stirring up inspiration. To accommodate for busy schedules, we will have two options for the Zoom call:

• Sunday, May 31st at 1pm CST

• Monday, June 1st at 7pm CST.
